Job summary

Westinghouse Air Brake offers a flexible working location for this role, enabling 100% remote work or a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will analyze and respond to Requests For Proposals (RFP) for Stop Loss prospects and support distribution staff in maintaining broker relationships.

This position requires 1-3 years of experience in a support role, superior interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and responds to Request For Proposals (RFP).
• Coordinate and complete Stop Loss RFPs for assigned territory.
• Assess and coordinate necessary data with external brokers.
• Determine competitiveness of RFP through manual rating.
• Review and document prior claims experience into ESL.
• Perform quality review of manual rates and claims entry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
