You will work through the full bid lifecycle, collaborating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure precision and competitiveness. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency with OST take-offs, and experience with design

Competenze

• Proficient with design drawings, architectural & structural drawings, & project specs.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in mathematical skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

Mansioni

• Understand the project and its requirements.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
