CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a State Product Associate to act as a primary contact for assigned states, focusing on regulatory compliance and market readiness. This remote role requires strong regulatory knowledge and collaboration across teams to deliver compliant products in local markets.

The position emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate findings into actionable business improvements within a fast-paced insurance environment.

Competenze

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Works in highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management (regularly up to Dir level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
