Job summary

Zearn is seeking a seasoned Professional Learning Manager, State Support, to lead advanced coaching for facilitators and ensure state-level execution that aligns with Zearn Math standards. You will manage a cohort of experienced facilitators, own coaching cycles, and drive readiness for high-stakes partner engagements.

This remote role across multiple states involves up to 90% travel for in-person sessions and a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education or professional learning, with at least 2–3 years in coaching or people development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of facilitators and assume full coaching ownership for experienced facilitators.
• Conduct intake observation cycles within the first 60 days to set advanced development priorities.
• Run structured coaching cycles aligned to Criteria for Success with high-level facilitation moves.
• Identify and analyze performance patterns to adjust coaching focus.
• Strengthen systems for state-specific mastery, including messaging adaptations and readiness for high-stakes engagements.
• Synthesize data and insights from observations to inform content refinements and leadership decisions.
