Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Recruitment, Business or Marketing.
• Previous agency recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage deadlines and end-to-end recruitment projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle from discovery meetings, sourcing, interviews and offer negotiation.
• Develop candidate pipelines via multiple channels and assess fit.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions per assignments prerequisites.
• Screen candidates, document interactions and present shortlists to clients in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify their recruiting needs.
• Provide constructive feedback to streamline the recruiting process.
