Job summary

OEM Logistics, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a junior Recruiter to join our expanding team. This onsite role focuses on identifying, recruiting, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates for all levels of positions.

Duties include collaborating with leadership to understand staffing needs, posting jobs, sourcing passive candidates, managing the applicant tracking system, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• At least two years of full cycle recruiting experience and/or experience supporting a Recruiting Department.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience in sourcing passive candidates.
• Understanding of recruiting methods and applicable laws/regulations.
• Ability to track and present metrics monthly.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and set requirements to screen candidates effectively and efficiently
• Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
• Manage all aspects of the job posting process
• Leverage various resources to source qualified candidates
• Proactively build relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs
• Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system
• Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application(s).
• Efficiently move selected candidates through the hiring process
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is an onsite role based in Scottsdale AZ. Remote work will not be considered.
