Job summary

Oos Management Corp. in the United States is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting process end-to-end, from posting jobs to candidate screening, with a focus on optimizing our ATS and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role collaborates with hiring managers to define staffing needs, screens high volumes of resumes, conducts initial interviews, coordinates interviews, and generates hiring metrics to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong resume screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting workflow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Review and screen incoming resumes against position requirements
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure all applicant records are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Configure and maintain job postings within the ATS
• Develop and optimize knockout questions, screening questionnaires, and application forms
• Create automated workflows to improve recruiting efficiency
• Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through hiring stages
• Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
• Recommend improvements to ATS processes and recruiting workflows
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop effective job postings that attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Schedule interviews and hiring meetings
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Assist with new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information
