Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data and make calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office; Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion experience a plus.
• Must be a U.S. person and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, weekly updates, and variance analyses.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control testing.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and plant costs impacting job costing.
• Assist in department budgeting and periodic reporting of metrics.
• Support internal and external audits and journal entry posting.
