Augmentis represents a leading engineering solutions company seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and internal controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Epicor, Oracle, or Hyperion is a plus.
• ITAR compliance and U.S. work status required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control testing.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and inventory variances.
• Assist auditors and support pricing/profitability assessments.
• Post journal entries and support month-end close.
