You’ll work from home, coordinating candidates, hiring managers, and schedules with a focus on detail and timely follow-ups. Ideal candidates have strong communication, solid organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 0–1 year admin, customer service, or recruiting support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be located in California and authorized to work in the United States.
• Remote, 100% work-from-home role with equipment provided or stipend.

Responsibilities

• Post and refresh job openings on boards and internal systems.
• Screen applications and resumes against role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or video outreach to qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Send timely updates and follow-ups to candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, reference checks, and background checks.
• Support recruiters with sourcing, data entry, and reporting.
• Handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion.
• Respond to staffing-related questions by phone and email.
