Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Advanced Software Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across multiple teams and drive the design and execution of complex, crosscutting engineering initiatives. As a Staff engineer you will be a key technical voice in shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and helping the organization deliver ambitious technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Eight+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-team initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale data systems.
• Strong backend programming skills in at least one major language.
• Excellent system design and architecture skills.
• Mentorship and technical leadership of senior engineers.
• Strong understanding of reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence on engineering culture.

Responsibilities
