Job summary

Psychological Dimensions, a growing forensic psychology firm based in Atlanta, seeks a Hybrid/Remote Staff Psychologist to conduct remote pre-employment evaluations and risk assessments for law enforcement and private organizations. You will participate in fitness-for-duty evaluations, critical incident debriefings, and remote client support.

The role requires an independent psychology license, PSYPACT eligibility, and 2+ years of assessment experience, with strong writing and tech skills for

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent psychology license in your state (license-eligible out-of-state considered).
• PSYPACT Eligibility – APIT.
• 2+ years of high-quality psychological assessment experience.
• Strong report writing skills and efficient documentation.
• Independence and self-motivation with strong tech capabilities for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote pre- and post-offer psychological evaluations for public safety agencies and private corporations.
• Perform remote psychological risk/threat assessments.
• Administer remote fitness for duty evaluations for law enforcement, public safety, and civilian personnel.
• Provide remote day-to-day client support on hiring and officer safety and wellness.
• Conduct remote critical incident debriefings.
