Qualifications

• Must hold an independent, unrestricted psychology license in your state.
• PSYPACT Eligibility - Interjurisdictional telepsychology ability.
• Minimum 2 years of high-quality psychological assessment experience.
• Strong ability to interpret psychological tests.
• Superb report writing skills and efficiency.
• Independent, self-motivated, and well-directed.
• Proficient with remote tools (Office 365, video conferencing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote pre-, and post-offer psychological evaluations for public safety agencies and private organizations.
• Perform remote risk/threat assessments.
• Administer remote fitness-for-duty evaluations for law enforcement, public safety and civilian personnel.
• Provide remote day-to-day client support on hiring, officer safety and wellness.
• Conduct remote critical incident debriefings.
