Job summary

Thunderbird Technologies Corporation is hiring a Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer for its Thunderbolt platform. You’ll ship features end-to-end, work with partners and enterprise customers, and handle deployments across customer environments.

You will tackle complex integration challenges, advise on architecture, and help drive the product roadmap with real-world deployment feedback. This is a remote, full-time role with strong collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with modern TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or systems integrators.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications (LLM, RAG, data connectors).
• Understanding enterprise deployment: auth, identity, self-hosted/hybrid infra, observability, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and customer-specific customizations in the Thunderbolt codebase, from front-end UI through APIs, services, and deployment configuration.
• Work directly with technical partners and enterprise customers to understand environments and turn them into technical plans and working software.
• Support pilots, proofs of concept, and early production deployments, including partner-hosted environments.
• Diagnose and fix complex issues across app, infrastructure, identity, integration, and data-access layers.
• Maintain customer-specific customizations over time as the core product evolves.
• Identify customer requests that should become general product capabilities and push for reusable solutions.
• Provide deployment feedback into roadmap and prioritization discussions.
• Write documentation, deployment guidance, and runbooks for partners.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability.
