• 10+ years in product design, with leadership ownership.
• Strong portfolio across data-dense financial products.
• Experience designing trading/fintech on-chain products.
• Fluency in DeFi concepts and onchain workflows.
• Ability to guide strategy and priorities with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set the design vision and priorities with leadership.
• Own end-to-end experience across DeepBook and first-party apps.
• Lead core journeys: onboarding, funding, market discovery, order entry, and more.
• Design for retail traders, professional users, institutions.
• Remain hands-on in high-priority work and prototyping.
• Build scalable design system and patterns for dense financial data.
• Establish a practical research program with interviews and analytics.
• Partner with engineering to understand protocol behavior and constraints.
• Collaborate with legal, security, marketing to launch responsibly.
