Job summary

Cashen is redefining institutional finance design for a blockchain-enabled platform. As a Product Designer you will own design across the product—from marketing pages to onboarding, listings and dashboards where deals live.

You will shape flows for multi-million-dollar negotiations and ensure a cohesive design system across the site and app. You will partner with founders and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship, and run lightweight research with institutional users to translate findings into

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software products, ideally B2B or fintech.
• Portfolio showing clear thinking on dense, data-heavy interfaces.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort working close to the code.
• Strong written communication for async collaboration.

About the role

Cashen sits at the intersection of institutional finance and a new blockchain ecosystem. Our users negotiate multi-million-dollar delegations through our platform, and the interface has to earn their trust at every step.

As our Product Designer you will own design across the product: marketing pages, onboarding, listing and proposal flows, and the dashboards where deals live.
