Job summary

Weave is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of Analytics experiences, shaping how customers understand and act on their data. You will apply systems thinking, craft, and customer-centered design to complex workflows, collaborating with product and engineering across the lifecycle.

You will leverage data, research, and design systems to create scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations, guiding product direction and maintaining high design quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product or UX design experience across analytics, SaaS, healthcare, or similar domains.
• Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, translating complex data and workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Experience designing data-dense interfaces, including dashboards, reporting, visualizations, filtering, and comparisons.
• Strong product design thinking with ability to influence strategy and work with Product and Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, user research and testing methods, and product analytics tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Analytics, translating data and workflows into intuitive experiences across dashboards, reports, and surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and translate needs into clear user experiences.
• Influence Analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a customer-centric perspective.
• Establish scalable interaction models and patterns across Analytics workflows.
• Shape cohesive experience across the Analytics ecosystem by reducing fragmentation.
• Leverage Weave's Design System to create scalable and accessible experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize research with practice owners and staff to improve Analytics.
• Use product analytics and tools like Pendo and Sigma to evaluate and iterate.
• Mentor and contribute to design practice and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure design intent and accessibility through delivery.
• Introduce systems-level patterns to support evolving data and reporting needs.
