Job summary

Weave is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, and Task Center. You will partner with product and engineering to translate complex operational needs into clear, delightful designs and contribute to a cohesive platform through the design system and multi-team collaboration.

The role emphasizes research-driven design, accessibility, and mentorship, with a focus on improving patient-care workflows in healthcare practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, able to simplify complex workflows across product areas.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, with prototyping and user-centered design methods.
• Familiarity with product analytics and research tools (Pendo, Sigma, Maze) to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into clear, scalable design solutions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accessible, high-quality product experiences.
• Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset to improve experiences over time.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and related workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape vision, strategy, and roadmap for key workflows.
• Define scalable interaction patterns that balance clarity, usability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to Weave’s Design System to evolve patterns for complex product needs.
• Conduct user research with practice owners and office teams to inform improvements.
• Use analytics and feedback to evaluate design effectiveness and drive iteration.
• Collaborate with designers across the platform for cohesive end-to-end journeys.
• Mentor and share knowledge to foster a strong design culture.
