Mimica is hiring for its Mapper Team to build and service Process Maps at the heart of our product. You will own projects end-to-end, develop new features, and release improvements to core components while taking operational responsibility for what you build.

We welcome engineers who thrive in a bottom-up, collaborative culture, contribute to architecture, and help scale our platform with robust data-visualisation tools. This is a fully remote role supporting diverse regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong React experience and frontend architecture knowledge.
• Understanding of system design principles for data-intensive apps.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working on backend components is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation applications and features around large data properties.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services for multi-user editing and model training.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborate with tech and product managers.
• Participate in architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Contribute to team processes, RFCs, code reviews, and onboarding new members.
