Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 6+ years building scalable distributed systems in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record driving AI adoption or implementing agentic systems.
• Experience leading roadmaps and architectural decisions for high-traffic platforms.
• Ability to coach engineers and lead cross-team technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical strategies to support platforms with massive global traffic and high concurrency.
• Establish architectural guardrails to translate high-level product visions into scalable engineering implementations.
• Resolve complex blockers and system instabilities to ensure seamless team execution.
• Drive AI fluency across the organization by developing internal tools, plugins, and agentic workflows.
• Redesign development workflows to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and AI-native processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration by coaching engineers and raising technical standards.
• Balance engineering requirements with product goals, security protocols, and compliance standards.
