Qualifications

• Licensed by the California State Bar.
• Strong technical knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation law.
• 1+ year experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation.
• Ability to manage caseload up to 95 cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent AmTrust at Workers' Compensation Appeals Board hearings.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies.
• Prepare legal documents and communicate effectively with clients.
