Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Staff Android Engineer to build native Android apps for the ultrasound platform. You will collaborate across hardware, cloud, ML, and imaging teams to create excellent user experiences for mobile users.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product managers and designers, and apply Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and GraphQL to deliver modern imaging experiences, including deep learning and telemedicine features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of native Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android UI testing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Android and iOS developers to clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Work with product managers, designers, and clinical professionals to break down requirements.
• Produce high-quality, Kotlin-based code that is well-tested.
• Follow established architecture patterns and evolve the codebase.
• Mentor engineers at all levels across teams.
