Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Security Software Engineer to design and ship production-grade AI agents and the supporting platform. You will enable security teams with scalable AI threat detection, anomaly analysis, and safe-by-default tooling while upholding reliability, performance, and governance.

You will mentor engineers, define engineering practices, and drive adoption of AI security capabilities across the org, partnering with multiple security teams to operate at machine speed.
