You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to turn complex needs into high-impact AI capabilities, guiding initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.

You will collaborate with a 30+ engineer team, define KPIs, and shape roadmaps that advance Sunrun’s energy leadership while delivering measurable value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management and technical roles owning complex, scalable products.
• Experience turning broad problems into clear product directions with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to engage engineers in architecture and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: guide discovery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Product Strategy: build roadmaps and prioritized backlogs aligned with company goals.
• Technical Partnership: work with engineering on system design and trade-offs.
• Metrics & Measurement: define KPIs and use data to guide investments.
• Stakeholder Alignment: communicate vision to technical and executive teams.
• Constructive Leadership: push back when requests misalign with goals and drive execution.
