Job summary

Talkiatry is hiring a Staff AI Enablement Engineer to define and drive how generative AI and automation are used across our engineering organization. This builder's role focuses on shipping working automations and agents to make every team faster and more capable by embedding AI practices, tools, and infrastructure into daily work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, with production systems delivery.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agentic systems; prompt engineering and tool design.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and agentic dev tools; evaluate value.
• Move heuristic systems toward ML-based approaches with data collaboration.
• Ability to drive technical adoption across an engineering org without direct authority.
• Strong instincts for internal tooling and user-centric prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern AI enablement across engineering teams.
• Diagnose workflows and build AI-enabled solutions backlog.
• Own AI enablement roadmap end-to-end and report impact.
• Pilot AI coding assistants and agentic tools; drive evidence-based adoption.
• Design, build, and operate automation agents across high-friction workflows.
• Measure impact of automations, iterate based on usage.
• Collaborate with data/clinical stakeholders for data-driven approaches.
• Create adoption guardrails for safe, repeatable tool rollouts.
• Promote AI/automation best practices through docs, demos, and pairing.
