Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (accounting or bookkeeping preferred).
• At least 1 year of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assistants or bookkeeping professionals.
• Manage day‑to‑day preparation and the board of specific bookkeeping cycles and records.
• Guarantee accurate recording of transactions and control within the sub‑account and general ledger for the closing process.
• Improve, analyze, and maintain systems related to assigned areas within Corporate Bookkeeping.
• Prepare and maintain roll advances and other bookkeeping reports required for the end cycle.
• Assist with internal communication packages and external reporting needs.
• Ensure consistency with division processes and methods.
• Respond to executives with detailing needs related to assigned areas.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies.
• Work closely with others across the organization to ensure proper coding and classification.
• Plan and post diary entries.
• Prepare month‑end closing entries and related reconciliations.
• Maintain appropriate records for SOX compliance and assist with audit requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
