YipitData is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. You will manage accounts receivable, own customer communications, and support the accounting function in a fast-paced fintech environment.

This role offers a fully remote capacity within the United States and opportunities to grow within a high-growth company. You will work on the full AR cycle, assist with month-end close, and contribute to audits and ad hoc projects.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, GL accounting, and Month-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full accounts receivable cycle including invoice review, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries; monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor A/R aging and coordinate with Treasury on collections.
• Review payroll-related transactions for APAC entities booked in NetSuite.
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, analyze variances.
