Job summary

Mobiz IT, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant who owns the monthly close and reconciliation cycle. You will work end-to-end in Dynamics 365 Business Central, coding with full dimensions and supporting intercompany transactions across entities and currencies.

The role requires 4+ years of accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on BC experience. It offers fully remote work from the United States and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4+ years progressive accounting with month-end close ownership.
• US GAAP knowledge including subscription revenue recognition.
• 2+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Demonstrated accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring close journal entries and deferrals.
• Code entries with full dimension set and attach docs.
• Route entries for Controller approval and archive on SharePoint.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cards, and intercompany balances monthly.
• Produce monthly P&L by department and variance analysis.
