Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Familiarity with accounting principles including debits/credits.
• Experience with LINQ or similar accounting software preferred.
• Experience with Ramp or expense management systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices and supporting documentation for AP.
• Enter and code AP transactions in Ramp and LINQ.
• Prepare and post routine journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with schedules and analyses.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and audits as needed.
• Maintain organized workpapers and internal controls.
