Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reconciliations.
• Experience with NetSuite and Ramp preferred.
• Practical AI fluency to accelerate workflows while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable, employee expenses, and procurement workflows.
• Drive month-end close with journal entries, accruals, and prepaids.
• Manage bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Improve procurement controls and vendor onboarding processes.
• Support fixed asset, depreciation, and lease accounting schedules.
• Assist with audit requests, tax filings, and 1099 reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with AI safeguards.
