Job summary

RTX is seeking an SSO Infrastructure Engineer to provide server-side support for PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory and SiteMinder. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy SSO solutions and troubleshoot issues.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Linux-based SSO design and deployment experience, with strong LDAP/AD, MFA, and security compliance know-how. This remote role is based in Puerto Rico, with occasional travel to the Santa Isabel site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
8+ years of hands-on Linux-based SSO design, development, and integration; successful projects.

Responsibilities

Provide infrastructure server support for PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, SiteMinder, Revere Proxy, and emerging SSO technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy systems for SSO solutions.
Assist with troubleshooting user issues related to SSO infrastructure and software systems.
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts as needed.
Understand and resolve technical and non-technical problems with the team.
Participate in production support for incidents.
Identify and communicate risks/issues with recommended fixes.
Follow processes to comply with RTX security policies and government requirements.
