The role emphasizes compassionate client support, meticulous record-keeping, and staying current with Social Security procedures. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with SSA claims, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Social Security claims or similar benefits programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate client support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Social Security policies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gather required documentation to support claims.
• Provide guidance and support through lengthy claims processes.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure accurate processing.
• Communicate with SSA officials to resolve issues.
• High call volume.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and statuses.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to Social Security policies and procedures.
