Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Training Specialist to analyze learning needs and design technical training solutions for nuclear technology (BWR/ABWR/BWRX-300) in the United States. The role includes contributing to certification/continuing training, maintaining KSA analyses, and leading program reviews to ensure high-quality training content and delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in quality training and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality Training).
• Contribute to the design and development of Initial Certification/License Training Programs for BWR/ABWR/BWRX-300 using SAT and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the quality oversight and maintenance of Operations Training KSA Analysis/Catalogue, Job & Task Analysis, Task to Training Matrices, Curriculum and Evaluation Strategies, Training Program Delivery Schedules, Training Material and Evaluation Instruments.
• Contribute to the design and development of Continuing Training Programs for both licensed and non-licensed operators.
• Contribute to the instructional quality oversight of the curriculum/materials for BWR, ABWR, BWRX300 and other similar technologies.
• Represent GEH training in internal, customer and regulatory venues.
• Work with other operations training instructors and personnel to support management and delivery of training programs and provide strong leadership for assigned programs.
• Lead/support training program reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to develop/support corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement.
• Work with other training and business units to support Fleet Services.
