Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer Technical Lead to own SRE strategy and drive enterprise-grade reliability for critical systems. This hands-on role focuses on automation, performance optimization, and incident response leadership.

The ideal candidate will apply cloud and container expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes) to deliver scalable, self-healing operations and reduce toil across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with senior-level SRE or similar role.
• Deep SRE expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices and containers (Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to write and implement Python code and automation to create scalable, self-healing systems.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging and tracing (Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK Stack) and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives to improve the reliability of production systems.
• Drive performance optimization and capacity planning through data-driven analysis.
• Lead incident response from a technical standpoint and coordinate resolution efforts.
