Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps & SRE Engineer for a 100% remote role in the U.S. to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of large-scale systems.

The candidate will apply software engineering to infrastructure, automate platforms, and reduce toil to raise reliability. The role requires strong programming skills (Python/Go/Java), deep Linux experience, and hands-on Kubernetes, observability tooling, and CI/CD expertise to support production workloads

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for automation.
• Deep Linux expertise at scale with networking and performance tuning.
• Production experience operating Kubernetes and container workloads.
• Strong working knowledge of observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, or commercial equivalents.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of large-scale distributed systems.
• Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems.
• Automate platforms to reduce toil and improve uptime.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability.
