Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to scale and maintain the platform. You will partner with development teams to improve services, automate deployments, and ensure high reliability across multiple large applications. This role emphasizes on-call readiness, incident management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong Linux and cloud experience, with automation and monitoring skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating large distributed applications.
• Strong Linux admin and scripting skills across languages.
• Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS) and automation tooling.
• Ability to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and engineering for distributed apps.
• Measure and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Build tooling to manage platform infrastructure and apps.
• Improve time-to-market and release quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve services.
• Plan capacity and participate in on-call rotations.
