Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE or production engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience defining SLOs/SLIs at scale.
• Experience in async or globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service teams to define SLIs and SLOs.
• Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review process.
• Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline.

Skills

Experience in SRE, production engineering

Software engineering mindset

Defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs

Incident response and postmortem facilitation

Experience with multi-tenant systems

Proficient with cloud infrastructure
