Job summary

CWILL is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands, enabling customers to reduce support tickets, recover revenue from returns, and turn buyers into loyal fans with tailored post-sale tools.

The role acts as the local operations and compliance point of contact for the US, executing day-to-day operations across North America, coordinating with the China-based team, and ensuring stability and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and core services
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for cloud resources and infrastructure
• Collaborate across time zones with the China-based team
• Implement local compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC2, CCPA)
• Serve as first responder for incidents in the North America region
