Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant to represent the company in a sales and marketing capacity within an assigned territory, focusing on new group takeover plans and cross-selling other retirement products.

You will report to the Regional Vice President and collaborate with a dedicated team to set qualified appointments, grow the client base, and drive earnings through an uncapped quarterly commission structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k/403b).
• Must be able to prospect and cold-call effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments with plan sponsors for 401k/403b plans.
• Develop territory to acquire new clients and cross-sell solutions.
• Attend client reviews and position for sales opportunities.
