Mutual of America Financial Group in the United States is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to drive sales and cross-sell retirement products within an assigned territory, with hybrid work in Atlanta or remote work in Jacksonville. You will engage Plan Sponsors of 401k/403b plans, build relationships, and exceed growth targets.

The role requires 0–2 years of outside B2B sales, strong communication, and FINRA licenses or a plan to obtain them.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years outside B2B sales with prospecting and territory management.
• Outbound cold calling to prospective clients.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE or to be obtained within 180 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Setting qualified appointments with Plan Sponsors of 401k and 403b plans through multiple strategies.
• Work within a geographic territory to cultivate new prospects and cross-sell solutions.
• Attend client review meetings and position for referrals and sales opportunities.
