Qualifications

• 0–2 years of outside B2B sales experience with proven prospecting and territory management skills.
• Proven ability to perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments with Plan Sponsors of 401k/403b plans via various strategies and referrals.
• Cultivate new prospects within a geographic territory and cross-sell retirement solutions to exceed goals.
• Attend client review meetings to position the specialist for opportunities and referrals.
