EX Squared LATAM is seeking an experienced SQL Developer / CRM Data Migration Specialist to support a data migration project for a Canadian client. This hands-on role focuses on SQL development, data extraction, database analysis, and CRM migration.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development skills including complex queries and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and data migration.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction and migration.
• Analyze database structures, tables, fields, and relationships.
• Identify joins, views, and queries to retrieve data for migration.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data from CRM systems for migration.
• Create reliable, automated data extraction processes.
• Investigate data structures and resolve extraction challenges.
• Validate extracted data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet migration objectives.
• Document extraction logic and data relationships.
• Support data-related issue resolution throughout migration.
