CHS Inc. is seeking four spring Recruiter Interns for Jan 2027–May 2027 to learn recruiting systems, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening.

Interns will work with field talent acquisition to support up to 300 seasonal openings nationwide for CHS Ag Retail locations. These internships are 100% remote and ideal for students in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas or Illinois, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a preferred emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Agriculture.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with efficiency in a high-energy, fast paced team environment
• Identify and source appropriate talent for around 300 seasonal openings for our spring planting season
• Support the CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs
• Support the recruitment process and life cycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and competitive analysis
• Utilize our applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track applicants from the selection phase to interviews with the hiring managers
• Learn about employee benefits, compensation, incentive programs, and CHS culture to share with candidates
• Provide sourcing support for other Talent Acquisition colleagues as needed
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring appropriate follow up and professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process
• Provide a positive hiring manager experience and ensure regular updates are provided to hiring managers
• Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical and creative means to source candidates for open jobs
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
