Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking four spring Recruiter Interns to join our Field Talent Acquisition Team from January 2027 to May 2027.

You will learn sourcing techniques, screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, onboarding specialists, and hiring managers to support nationwide hiring for CHS's Ag Retail locations. These internships are 100% remote and ideal for students in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, or Illinois.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in HR, Business, Communications, or Agriculture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior internship experience in HR/recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Source talent for ~300 seasonal openings.
• Support employer brand and diversity initiatives.
• Assist in interviews, postings, resume reviews, and analysis.
• Use ATS to track candidates through the process.
• Provide a positive candidate and manager experience.
