Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Splunk Administration and Operations.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience onboarding customers and integrating data sources into Splunk.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and enterprise log management.
• OpenTelemetry implementation and rollout experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Splunk platform with high availability and performance.
• Onboard new customers and integrate enterprise data sources into Splunk.
• Troubleshoot Splunk data ingestion, indexing, search, dashboards, alerts, and infra components.
• Configure and manage Splunk indexes, forwarders, search heads, data inputs, and access controls.
• Develop Python-based automation for platform administration, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support observability initiatives across infrastructure, apps, middleware, and cloud.
