Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Splunk Administration and Operations.
• Experience onboarding customers and integrating enterprise data sources into Splunk.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and enterprise log management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Splunk platform for high availability and security.
• Onboard customers and integrate enterprise data sources into Splunk.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, indexing, search performance, dashboards, alerts, and infra issues.
• Configure Splunk indexes, forwarders, search heads, and data inputs.
• Develop Python-based automation for administration, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support observability initiatives across infra, apps, middleware, and cloud environments.
• Participate in OpenTelemetry implementation and rollout.
