Job summary

Arthrex in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a Regional Manager, Spine for the North Central and Midwest regions. You will lead Spine product sales, manage agency relationships, and drive growth with strategic initiatives across a broad territory.

The role requires 5+ years of Spine sales experience and a bachelor's degree. 75%+ travel is expected, with remote work possible in the territory. Base compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, plus performance incentives and a long-term incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years sales experience with Spine products required.
• Willing to work with cadaver specimens.
• Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Spine agency sales strategy and monitor execution.
• Recruit and deploy spine managers and training programs.
• Lead agency Spine training for surgeons and reps.
• Launch Spine products within region.
• Present Spine products and bundled strategy at meetings.
• Travel up to 75%.
