Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager- Arthroplasty for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead sales performance, manage agencies and accounts, and drive market growth across Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southeast Michigan.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and travel to customer sites and events. The base compensation is substantial with potential commissions and annual bonus, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience with Arthroplasty products.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty; work with agencies to ensure execution.
• Launch Arthroplasty products within region and re-launch when needed.
• Govern pricing structure and discounts in line with volume and commitments.
