Job summary

Hope Learning Academy in Springfield, IL is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to provide therapy to a caseload across Academy programs. You will contribute to IEP teams, design goals, and promote functional communication across daily activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and staff, implementing evidence-based practice, and delivering services in classroom and clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility is required or in progress.
• Illinois SLP license upon hire and IL Professional Educator’s License with SLP endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech/language therapy to a caseload across academy programs.
• Participate actively in IEP teams and plan/implement goals.
• Promote functional communication across daily activities with staff.
• Train teachers and staff on AAC devices and usage.
• Assess and document speech/language progress and outcomes.
