Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to manage IEP caseloads across preschool to high school, conduct screenings and evaluations, and prepare required reports. The role includes attending IEP meetings and serving as the case manager for speech-only students.

You will provide therapy aligned with IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff and families to support each student’s communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Illinois PEL license with endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage IEP caseload consisting of pre-school, elementary, junior high, and high school students.
• Complete screenings, evaluations, reports, and all required IEP paperwork.
• Attend IEP meetings and take on the role of case manager for speech only IEP students.
• Provide speech and language therapy services based on IEP goals.
• Report progress of IEP goals.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support the communication needs of each individual student.
